Final Weekend in Golden Sweet Corn Land

We are unfortunately closed today - as we pick our corn each morning for same day sales, with last night's heavy rain, we could get our equipment through the field to pick corn for you. Note that we will be open at both out Komoka and Strathroy stands for our final day of the season tomorrow, Sunday, September 22nd. Note that our Strathroy stand will be run by SDCI's senior boy's volleyball team....with all sales proceeds going to support their team,

Golden Sweet Corn Supports Fire Department

We had so much fun working with our local fire department on September 8th...together we raised over $1200! read about the results here: A special thanks to our Corn Girls - Kate, Nicole, Carly, Rachel and Shayna who volunteered their time to teach the fire fighters how we "crack" corn!

Last Week of the Golden Sweet Corn Season!

Yes folks, we're in the home stretch!

Farmer Tony says that we are now into our last patch, which means our amazing corn will wrap up sometime this week........so stop by and get your Golden Sweet Corn while its still available.

For the coming week, our Strathroy stand will be closed on Monday....but will reopen at 10am on Tuesday!

Fire Department at the Strathroy Golden Sweet Stand Today!

Join us as at our Strathroy G'nG Market stand today while we support our local fire department! All corn sales proceeds (that means the full $5 you pay for your dozen) will be donated to the fire department - they will be putting the money towards the purchase of extracation equipment for Engine 21. Come and thank the fire department members for their hard work and dedication and check out their equipment! Strathroy Corn Girls are working for volunteer hours today as well - thanks Girls!

Fundraising for our Local FIre Department!

Come and see some of our local Fire Department's equipment and meet the individuals who devote their spare time supporting all of us in the Strathroy/Mt-Brydges/Caradoc community.

WHEN: Sunday, September 8th 9:30am - 4pm (or maybe even later)
WHAT: Golden Sweet Corn Fundraiser Tony and Laura will be donating all sales proceeds from Golden Sweet Corn sales at the Strathroy stand - which means - you buy a dozen corn, we will donate the $5 you pay to the fire department!

Stop by and thank all of our volunteer Corn Girls who are working the stand on Sunday for high school volunteer hours - we even have a few girls who have graduated high school who are just giving back to their community. Please join us!

Fall Hours, Bakers Dozens, and a Fundraiser!

Our fall hours are as follows:

Komoka - business as usual! 9-6pm

Strathroy - we will opening our stand at 10am and closing sometime after 5:30pm We will also be featuring Bakers Dozens from Monday-Friday during the fall!

Last, but definitely NOT least, we are partenering with our local Strathroy-Mt-Brydges Fire Department this coming Sunday, September 8th, for a corn fundraiser! All sales proceeds from GOLDEN SWEET CORN sales will be donated to our Fire Department - come thank some of our volunteer fire fighters and even get a chance to see some of their equipment!
